Working in Workspace Modules 
In workspaces, various modules are available for you to use. The following modules are supplied by default. Your workspace administrator can add additional modules or choose not to provide these modules.
Upload documents and other objects to a workspace and edit them together with other users.
You can upload and share any type of document in a Document List. All workspace members can display the documents. You can also work on the documents together with other members of the workspace.

Use the Link List module to add links to reports, applications, and Web sites to your workspace.

Publish information for all members of a workspace.
You use a Text Pad to create text and links that all members can view in a workspace. An editor with various formatting features is available for editing the text.

Contact other members of a workspace.
As a member of a workspace, you can see all other members in the Member List and contact them directly.
