Editing Web Services in the Services Registry 
Procedure
In SOA Manager (transaction code SOAMANAGER), on the Services Registry tab, choose Services Registry.
On the Published Entities tab, search for a service definition or a binding.
Select a service definition or a binding.
On the tabs at the bottom, you can display general information, bindings, classifications, publishing systems, and administrative information.
Choose Edit to do the following:
Edit descriptions of service definitions or bindings.
Add or remove classification systems and values.
