Procedure
With this part of the whitelist you can define which parameters can be passed when a program is called.
Note The steps of this section make sense if the
ACFExecute Control is used. They are not mandatory.
If you do not make any settings for the parameter of one application or more, the parameters are not checked when the program is called. By defining parameters or their values you can only restrict the permission of each program execution.
- Ensure that you are in the "Change Application" View: Overview view.
- Select the first line of the table Application in the table and then open the folder Parameter with a double-click. You reach the "Change Parameter" Screen: Overview screen.
- Choose the button New Entries (F5) first.
- Position your cursor in the upper table field of the Whitelist column and press the F4 button to open the input help. As you had already selected both the whitelist and application in the previous steps, you now just get a select list offered to you in this step. Select the list and close the selection dialog box.
- Position your cursor in the upper table field of the Application column and press the F4 button. Here you are only offered this one single application for selection in this step. Select the application and close the selection dialog box.
- Now position the cursor in the relevant field of column Position and enter the parameter item for which you want to store a specific decision.
Note The first parameter behind the epplication expression is item 1, der second parameter behind the application expression is item 2 and so on.
- In the following column define the type of the parameter by selecting the required type from the dropdown list box of the input help (F4).
- In the final column of the table you define if it is to be allowed to transfer this parameter by selecting legal or not allowed by selecting illegal.
- Save your entries using the Save(Ctrl + S) button.
To create more parameters in the list, repeat the steps described above as required. If you want to create special values for each parameter that is listed individually, proceed with Defining Parameter Values.
