Defining Parameter ValuesLocate this document in the navigation structure

Procedure
With this part of the whitelist you can define the values passed parameters can have.
Note The steps of this section make sense if you want to use the ACFExecute Control. They are not mandatory.

If you do not make any settings for the parameter of one application or more, the parameters are not checked when the program is called. By defining parameters or their values you can only restrict the permission of each program execution.

  1. Ensure that you are in the "Change Parameters" View: Overview view.
  2. Select the first line of the table Parameter in the table and then open the folder Parameter Values with a double-click. You reach the "Change Parameter Values" Screen: Overview screen.
  3. Choose the button New Entries (F5) first.
  4. Position your cursor in the upper table field of the Whitelist column and press the F4 button. Since you had already selected the whitelist and the application and parameter position in the previous steps, you are now just offered this one list to choose the selected application and required parameter position from. Select the list and close the selection dialog box.
  5. Repeat the procedure in the relevant fields of the Application and Position columns.
  6. Enter the parameter value that you want to handle explicitly into the fields of the Parameter Value column and save your entries using the Save(Ctrl + S) button.

To define further parameter values, switch to the relevant folder and repeat the steps described above.
