You can view and – if required – change the pre-configured set of communication ports of the SAP NetWeaver Application Server Java (AS Java) using the SAP Management Console (SAP MC).

The installed SAP NetWeaver Application Server Java (AS Java) has a pre-configured set of communication ports that are used both for internal and external communication. If some of these ports are already in use by other processes running on your machine, you will need to change the ports of the conflicting processes. If this is not possible, you can change some of the AS Java ports.
