You use this function to decide which users you want to grant authorizations in the Postprocessing Office to display and change data that you entered in your logical system via a dialog RFC destination.

All users of your system are authorized to display and change data that was entered in your logical system via a simple RFC destination.

Note Note

You only need to execute this function if you want to use the Postprocessing Office across all clients or systems. For more information, see Cross-System Processing.

Prerequisites

You have assigned logical destinations to logical systems (see Assigning Logical Destinations to Logical Systems).

Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose   Cross-Application Components   Postprocessing Office   Current Settings   Define Users  . Or you can call the relevant transaction in the application menu of the implementation.

    The Users for Cross-System Processing screen appears.

  2. Select the appropriate user name.
