To fix errors as a result of red statuses in data target do the following:
Log on to the Process Monitor UI
Choose the erroneous process and mark the step that failed.
Choose Display Process Chain Messages, which forwards you to the SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse logon screen and go to Data Warehousing Workbench: Modeling (transaction RSPC1).
Click on execute to confirm the suggested process chain and log ID and the process chain log is displayed.
Right-click on the Data Transfer Process element and choose Administrate Target.
In the Requests tab page, select the lines containing red request statuses and delete them.
If the step fails because of a previous red request in the target, delete the red request from this step in the target.
If the step fails because its own request turned red and there is no error in the data, solve the issue that turned the request red: This could be any number of things from data being locked to the database being full, for example.
If the step fails because of an error in the transformation, transport a fix in the system.
Select the process chain component that failed and right-click to choose Repair from the context menu.
Either the repair is successful and the data upload continues or you need to cancel the processing and do a reload of the data.
If the process chain is executed successfully, its status changes to green. The status of the process (which was propagated from the step status) changes to Completed automatically.
If you cannot repair the process chain, return to the Process Monitor UI to cancel the corresponding step. This cancels the process. The status of the old process changes from Error to Canceled. You then choose to reload the data and the system creates a new process instance for the same data delivery instance that can be uploaded.
