In the rare case that discrepancies occur between object statuses in different instance tables, you can execute a report (/DDF/ADU_CANCEL_INSTANCE) that sets the instance statuses to Canceled.
It is necessary to run this report because otherwise the data upload process is blocked.
The report uses the data delivery ID to select all the related instance statuses.
You can choose one of the following actions:
Cancel delivery
You can then reload the data delivery.
Archive delivery
Use this option if there are discrepancies in the system, such as files having been deleted, that prevent the Administrative Tasks job from marking the instances for archiving. In this case, you can run this report to archive the instances that could not be archived by the job.
The prerequisite for running the report on this setting is that the delivery status is set to Canceled or Completed.
If you select both checkboxes in the report, the system first sets the instance statuses to Canceled and then marks the instances for archiving.
For more information about this report, see the documentation of the report Set Instance Statuses to Canceled in the system.
