  • You have made the relevant settings in Customizing for SAP Utilities under the following sections:

Features

You can now do the following with the enhanced interaction records function:

  • See the four most recent interaction records in the Interaction Record Quick View on the Account Overview page after you have identified and confirmed an account

  • Define transaction types in the interaction history profile to display specific interactions with a customer

  • Personalize the interaction records table by adding or removing columns to create your own custom view

Note Note

With the current business function, the previously existing interaction record view on the Account Overview page has been replaced with the Interaction Records Quick View described here. The Notes History tab page is not available in the current view.
