There are various queues within CRM middleware, the content of which can be displayed and monitored.

Process

To monitor the queues in your CRM system, choose Start of the navigation path Architecture and Technology Next navigation step Middleware Next navigation step Monitoring Next navigation step Queues End of the navigation path on the SAP Easy Access screen. The following information on queues can be displayed:

  • Site queue information

    Displays all mobile sites defined in the CRM system, together with their associated queues.

  • qRFC scheduler information

    Displays the status of the standard qRFC scheduler for all the clients defined in the CRM system.

  • Outbound RFC queues

    SAP standard technology (see Start of the navigation path Help Next navigation step Application Help End of the navigation path within the transaction).

  • Inbound RFC queues

    SAP standard technology (see Start of the navigation path Help Next navigation step Application Help End of the navigation path within the transaction).

  • R&R queues

    Monitors the replication queues and realignment queues for the clients of your CRM system.

Result

Information on the queues that you have selected is displayed in your CRM system.
