Replication and Realignment Queues
You use this function if you want to display information about the status and contents of the replication and realignment queues in the clients defined in your CRM system.
You call this function from your SAP Easy Access screen, under: .
With this function, the five replication and realignment queues are displayed for the current client:
AC_EXTRACT
This queue contains entries that are created by the administration console, as soon as a data extract is to be carried out. Based on these entries, the system runs corresponding jobs that extract the data.
EXTRACTBLK
This queue contains entries for jobs to extract data from BDoc types of the type Bulk
. The entries are created by the administration console.
EXTRACT
This queue contains entries for jobs to extract data from other BDoc types. The entries are created via realignment.
REALIGN
This queue contains entries for BDoc types whose distribution requires a realignment. The appropriate jobs are then run.
SUBCHECK
This queue contains entries that are created by the administration console, as soon as a new subscription is created, or an existing subscription is changed or deleted. The appropriate jobs are then run.
Note
If the dataset on a mobile client does not match the definitions in the administration console, you can create SUBCHECK jobs in the administration console, to solve the data inconsistency. See also: Checking and Updating LookUp Tables.
If you remove the check mark in the check box Display current client (nnn) only
, the five queues for all the defined clients are displayed.
The following information is displayed:

The status of the Queue Demon
is also displayed. This starts and checks the processing of the entries in the queues. It is client-independent, and calls the required function modules via RFC destinations. You can start or stop the queue demon, using the appropriate functions in the menu or application tool bar.
By setting the corresponding icon in the status column of a queue, or by selecting the relevant queue and choosing Release Queue
or Stop Queue
, you can:
Release queues for processing by setting their status to Released
(yellow traffic light)
Reset released queues to Hold
(red light)
Interrupt queue processing (status Running
- green light) by setting the status to Hold
If you interrupt queue processing, the processing of the current entry is completed and then the queue is set to status Hold
.
The Queue Demon
automatically sets the status to Hold
if an error occurs during processing. In the last column, the error icon
(Alert
) then appears, which you can click to display the corresponding error message (you can also choose Show Queue Alert
). When you release the queue again, the error status is reset.
If you release a queue after the Queue Demon
has started, the status of the queue changes to Running
, provided it contains entries for processing. If all entries have been processed (number of entries is zero), the status changes back to Released
.
You can use the
(Delete
) icon to delete the entire contents of a queue.
If a queue contains entries, you can display details of the individual entries (for example, the number of sites affected) by:
Double-clicking the name of the queue
Double-clicking the number of entries
Selecting a queue and choosing Show Queue Entries
In this display, you can then:
Limit the number of entries displayed, in the field Maximum entries to display
Filter for the message type to be entered, in the field Filter for message type
Select the checkbox in the first column of an entry, and choose Delete Selected Entries
to delete this entry
Choose Delete All Entries
to delete all the entries
Choose Refresh
to update the displayed information
Double-click one of the entries, to display information about the respective sites
