Scenario Sets
A scenario set is a container for “competing” scenarios. The scenarios are competing in that they have the same business goal.
Features
Each scenario set contains the following:
One operative scenario, and any alternative scenarios that you create
One planning scope
You can compare any of the scenarios in your scenario set by using scenario analysis.
Activities
When you create a scenario set, you must enter an ID for it.
You can also enter the following:
A description
You can enter different descriptions in different languages.
Validity dates
The validity dates are used in scenario analysis.
An accrual model
The accrual model is used in scenario analysis.
The system creates a planning scope and an initial operative scenario.
