Features

Form-Based Requisition Request

A hiring manager can use this function to initiate the recruitment process by creating and editing requisition requests using a predefined form. All relevant information for a requisition can be entered (such as organizational data, position, payment, employment data, qualifications).

The recruitment process is supported as follows:

  • Simple navigation and selection of the necessary parameters in a requisition request

  • Simple approval workflow, based on Organizational Management (higher-level manager approves or rejects the request)

  • Automatic forwarding to SAP E-Recruiting after the requisition request has been approved (=> requisition is created)

  • Overview of the status of requisition requests via a process browser

Requisition Request Monitor and Related Activities

Hiring managers can use this function to obtain an overview of the status of their approved requisition requests and the dependent follow-on activities (for example, approvals, assessments, and job postings). This provides the most important information with regard to the status of the entire recruitment process (for example, number of applications received, number of rejected applications). Candidates can be assessed with regard to a current job posting and for the existing Talent Pool.

Specification of a Substitute for the Recruitment Process

Hiring managers can use this function to specify a substitute for the recruitment process. In this way, you can ensure that a recruitment process that has already been initiated can still be executed without delays or interruptions during any planned or unplanned absences of the hiring manager (for example, vacation, illness). Depending on the substitution type selected, this substitute can create new requisition requests or perform assessments of candidates on behalf of the hiring manager. Other authorizations are not assigned when specifying a substitute.

Candidate and Application Assessment (by Manager)

Hiring managers can use this function to assess candidates and applications for the existing Talent Pool or for the currently published job postings. Via the direct connection to SAP E-Recruiting, the recruiter receives fast and detailed feedback for an application.
