External Candidate (Client) 

Technical name: SAP_RCF_EXT_CANDIDATE_CLIENT

Tasks

The external candidate is a non-employee or ex-employee of the company. The candidate has registered in the Talent Warehouse and stored his or her profile there. The candidate is interested in working for the company.

Activities in SAP E-Recruiting

The external candidate performs the following activities:

●      Registering in Talent Warehouse

●      Storing a profile in the Talent Warehouse

●      Searching for vacancies

●      Applying for jobs

●      Requesting an alternative password

●      Deleting the registration

●      Maintaining personal settings for SAP E-Recruiting

Notes for Usage

This role contains the necessary authorizations for external candidates that are required on the front-end systemwhen using a separated system (front-end and backend on different systems).

Authorizations

In the authorization object P_RCF_APPL(Applications in SAP E-Recruiting), activities are stored for the external candidate that are also stored for the (External) Candidate role.

Attributes for the authorization object S_ICF (Authorization check when accessing the Internet Communication Framework) are also stored.
