Technical name: SAP_RCF_EXTERNAL_CANDIDATE

Tasks

The external candidate is a non-employee or ex-employee of the company. The candidate has registered in the Talent Warehouse and stored his or her profile there. The candidate is interested in working for the company.

Activities in SAP E-Recruiting

The external candidate performs the following activities:

●      Registering in Talent Warehouse

●      Storing a profile in the Talent Warehouse

●      Searching for vacancies

●      Applying for jobs

●      Requesting an alternative password

●      Deleting the registration

●      Maintaining personal settings for SAP E-Recruiting

Authorizations

The following SAP E-Recruiting applications are stored in the authorization object P_RCF_APPL for the external candidate:
