Overview of Changed Objects 

Use

You can use the modeling environment for Variant Configuration to track and monitor your work on the model. You can also use the overview to go directly to the detailed view for an object.

Integration

The overview of changed objects is displayed in a separate area on the screen.

Prerequisites

You have made changes to objects in the model but have not yet saved the model.

Features

The overview of changed objects shows the changes that are currently located in the temporary work buffer of the modeling environment. Changes that you have already saved with the model are not shown here.

Activities

       1.      To display the overview of changed objects, choose Goto → Overview of Changed Objects.

The overview table shows the following information for each object:

¡        Type

¡        Name

¡        Description

¡        Change number – if present

       2.      Double-click an entry to display the detailed view for this object.

       3.      Choose  to close the overview.
