Preparing Your Producer 

This section describes the preliminary configuration tasks you need to perform before you begin exposing content in your portal to other consumer portals.

Some tasks are dependant on the content usage mode you support as a producer. If a task is required for more than one content usage mode, you only need to perform it once. Note that some tasks also require complementary action by an administrator on the consumer portal to complete the configuration.
