Define Indicator Groups 
Managers apply the same parameters to groups of indicators. In many cases, these indicator groups will consist of the same indicators from week to week. You use this procedure to define indicator groups. Indicator groups help make the forecasting process easier for managers.
You have defined volume indicators using the procedure Define Volume Indicators.

1. You access the transaction through either:
¡ The SAP Easy Access Menu, where you navigate to the transaction by choosing either path:
§ Industries ® Retail Multisite Workforce Deployment ® Forecast Settings ® Define Indicator Groups
§ Interaction Center ® Interaction Center Workforce Management ® Forecast Settings ® Define Indicator Groups
¡ The SAP Easy Access Menu, by entering the transaction code CRM_WFM_SM.
You see the initial page for the site maintenance tool.
i. At Profile Type, display the selections and choose Work Area/Forecast / Parameters.
ii. At Sub-Type, display the selections and choose Indicator Group.
iii. Choose Search.
iv. Click Indicator Group, the topmost node of the tree, with the secondary mouse button and choose Create.
You see the Create New Parameter dialog box.
v. Enter a Profile ID, which is the name of the indicator group definition the system displays in the tree view.
vi. Enter a date defining the first day for which the indicator group definition is valid.
vii. Choose Continue.
2. You see the indicator group definition page where at the Definition area, you enter:

3. At the Effective Dates area, enter:

4. At the Parameters area, enter:

Defines a historical week template to use as the basis for forecasting this indicator. This step is optional. |

Defines the forecasting method to use in calculating the forecast for this indicator group. |
Choose the method from the drop down list: · Weighted average volume forecast · Trended volume forecast |
5. Assign indicators to the indicator group by selecting them from the list of Unassigned Indicators in the table on the left. To add an indicator to the indicator group:
...
a. Choose it in the Unassigned Indicators table
b. Click on the Assign arrow.
Repeat this step for as many indicators as you wish to add to the indicator group. Remove an indicator from the indicator group by choosing it in the Assigned Indicators table, and clicking on the Unassign arrow.
6. Save your entries.
