Define Non-Transition Zones
Non-transition zones are periods during the business day when shifts cannot begin or end. Use this procedure to define:
· The time ranges for non-transition zones
· The days to which non-transition zones apply
· The specific events that are allowed during non-transition zones, shift starts, shift endings, or both
The system can create shifts that are scheduled over defined non-transition zones, however they cannot start or end during these time periods.
1. You access the activity through either:
¡ The SAP IMG, by choosing the path SAP IMG ® Customer Relationship Management ® Workforce Deployment ® Retail and Interaction Center Workforce Deployment ® Schedule Settings ® Shift Characteristics ® Define Non-Transition Zones
