Use

Indicators are assembled into indicator groups during configuration. Indicator groups are sets of similar indicators that will have the same forecast parameters applied to them. You must select all indicator groups and gather them into a collection before you can submit a forecast request. All indicator groups are listed in the indicator groups column for the org unit and date selected prior to viewing this page (either from the overview page or from the selected forecast template).

You apply forecast parameters to collections. You can either add one or more indicator groups to a collection or set up a collection for each indicator group.

Procedure

To add indicator groups to the same collection:

       1.      Click on the first Indicator Group from the Indicator Groups column that you want to add to the Collection.

The Indicator Group is moved from the Indicator Groups column to the Collections column and remains highlighted in the collections column. You also see the Indicator Group within the Collection Content list.

       2.      Without highlighting another Collection, click on the next Indicator Group to add to the Collection.

The Indicator Group is moved from the Indicator Groups column to the same line in the Collections column. Each Indicator Group is separated from the next by a comma. Each Indicator Group within the Collection also appears as a separate entry within the Collection Content list.

       3.      Continue through the list of Indicator groups for all indicator groups that you want to add to the same Collection.

       4.      Once you have selected all indicator groups for the collection, enter the collection parameters. See Entering Collection Parameters for more information.
