Entering Collection Parameters 
You enter parameters to collections in order to apply weeks of historical data to the forecast for a collection and then adjust the importance of that week’s data.
You have added one or more indicator groups to a collection.
To enter parameters to a collection:

1. Highlight the collection for which you want to add historical data.

At the calendar, use the
and
buttons to scroll to the year for which
you want the historical data. Click Go when at the appropriate
year.

At the calendar, use the
and
buttons to scroll to the month for
which you want the historical data.
4. When at the appropriate month, click on the week number or on any day of the week for the weeks you want to use for historical data. The week(s) appear in the history week column. Choose as many weeks as apply. The date displayed is the starting day for the schedule week even if you clicked on a different day of the week.
5. The default priority (or weight) is 1 for all week’s data. You can enter a new value for the weight to indicate to forecast processing how the data for that week is to be considered during forecast processing. The higher the value, the higher the weight for that week’s data relative to other weeks in the list. You cannot enter a negative value.
You can set the percent change for specific days to account for campaigns or seasonal changes that cannot be considered by the forecast data. To set the percentage change for specific days for a collection from within the collection parameters area:
...
1. Highlight a collection.
2. Change the percentage for the specific day(s) from the default value of 0%. The percentage change can be negative down to –100%.
Once you have completed your edits and entries for a collection, click:
· Save to keep your changes.
· Reset to ignore your changes and return to the last saved value.
