Using a Forecast Template 

Use

Forecast templates contain forecasts. You can choose to use a forecast template rather than generating a new forecast. You would use a forecast template to retain forecasts in order to use them for schedules that have similar characteristics, such as schedule weeks with campaigns or holidays. Activities

Forecast templates created on Create Templates page appear in this drop-down list. If you have not created and saved any forecast templates you see No Template in the selection area. Once you select a template and click Apply Template and Save you see the parameters from the forecast template. You can either make edits to the parameters from the template or click on Calculate Forecast to submit your request for calculating a forecast without making any changes.
