Forecast Templates Page 

You create and maintain forecast templates by selecting Workforce Management ® Forecasting ® Forecast Templates from within the Interaction Center Manager’s portal.

A forecast template is a collection of forecast parameters saved to a specific name that you can reuse when creating a forecast. You can use forecast templates when you have forecasts for weeks, typically containing holidays, campaigns or other special occasions, that you want to use for similar weeks in the future.

The forecast templates you create on this page appear in the Forecast Template Name drop down list on the Forecast Parameters page.
