Use
You want to use the business process variant Order Processing B2B for Internal Users in ERP E-Commerce.
In this variant, an internal user of your company (for example, agent,), can act on behalf of several customers create orders on their behalf without being assigned to particular customers.
As the agent is usually responsible for several customers, the system cannot automatically determine the sold-to party from the user ID of the agent as in the other B2B scenarios. Instead, the agent chooses the customer for whom he or she is currently working in the Web shop on the tab page Customers.
