Easy Enhancement Workbench for Grantor
Management
You can use the Easy Enhancement Workbench to add customer-specific fields for grantor program management.
In Enhancements with the Easy Enhancement Workbench in SAP CRM, choose the business object GRANTOR_PROJECT and the extension type ADD_NEW_FIELDS. Once you have selected these, a wizard appears which guides you through the steps necessary to create your own fields:

1. First you will be asked to enter a name for the enhancement.
2. Then you create the new fields and give them appropriate names and characteristics.
3. In the next step, position the newly-created fields either on the grantor program page under General Data only or on the search page as well. In the latter case, you will be able to search for grantor programs with specific contents in customer-defined fields.
4. In the final step, a summary is displayed.
To display the new fields on the user interface (CRM WebClient), you need to add the appropriate pages to the configuration of the grantor program page.
The technical process is as follows:

1. For each extension created in the EEW, a new subinclude is generated in the Customizing include CI_EEW_CRM_GPM_NODE_ATTRIBUTES. The Customizing include is part of a database table in which customer-specific fields, the transfer structure used for communication with ERP, and the BI extraction structure are stored.
2. The fields are assigned to the BI extraction structure and filled during the BI extract.
