BI Report Extraction 
This function allows you to extract all the files related to a BI report from another mobile client user database and store them on your mobile client.
Example
A sales representative has some problems (wrong or missing data) with a BI report. In addition, an application error occurs while assembling a workbook. In such a case, you can extract the report and upload it to a mobile client in the test environment for analysis.
After extraction, you can upload the reports to a different mobile client or assemble them on your mobile client.
Prerequisites
In the Admin Console, you have made the necessary subscriptions that distribute workbooks copied from BI and the related BI queries to mobile clients.
