Use

You must make a number of special settings before you can use the SAP Media Customer Interaction Center for campaign-supported order entry. These settings are described in the following documents:

However, a number of basic settings are also necessary before you can begin working with the Customer Interaction Center. These basic settings are already described in detail in the SAP Library and this document simply points to the relevant documentation there.

Prerequisites

The Customer Interaction Center contains a whole range of visible and hidden components that you can integrate in the CIC and modify in Customizing as required. The components of the Customer Interaction Center include the following:

      Notes on call forwarding

      Business partner search

      Navigation and application area

      Workflow inbox

      HTML customer overview

      Interaction processing

      Order overview for Media Sales and Distribution

      Order overview for Advertising Management
