Creating a Business Object Operation 

The business object operations are the core of OBN administration. Behind the operations you have the links between the business object and the iView that calls the operations during runtime. The navigation is defined by the operation that is attached to the business object.

Procedure

To create the operations for the business object, you must execute the following steps:

1. In the folder Business Objects, choose the entry MyOBNSystem.
2. Open the overview tree and choose the business object SalesOrder_Init.
3. Choose the button Add. The fields in the table Operations are then released for input.
4. Assign a name and an ID to each business object operation. Set the priority for all business object operations to “One”.

5. Confirm the changes by pressing Save.
