This Web template provides an overview of how much revenue your company makes with which particular customers (A, B, or C customers) and of the contribution margin I of these customers. The ABC classes are determined using the
ABC Classification ABC Classification Based on Profit (0CRM_COPA_C02_ABC_ON_PROFIT).
The initial screen of this Web template shows different views of the query Customer Profitability (
0COPA_C02_Q0002):From within the navigation area, you can access a workset containing even more detailed analyses of customer profitability.
You can also access the workset Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV). This workset shows the results from the
CLTV Model CLTV Based on Customer Profitability (0CRM_COPA) and from the CLTV Prediction CLTV Prediction Based on Customer Profitability (0CRM_P_COPA). These results are displayed as views of the queries CRM CLTV Models (0CRM_OLVM_Q0001) and CRM CLTV Predictions (0CRM_OLVF_Q0001).Integration
The Web template Customer Value Analysis: Overview is contained in the role Customer Value Analysis (
SAP_BWC_CUSTOMER_VALUE).To access both of these worksets, you also need the roles Customer Value Analysis: CLTV (SAP_BWC_CUSTOMER_CLTV) and Customer Value Analysis: Profitability (SAP_BWC_CUSTOMER_PROFITABILITY).
