Displaying Target Groups in the SAP GUI 

Use

In the Segment Builder, you are able to list the business partners belonging to a target group. These business partners are then listed with all the relevant data in the Work area of the Segment Builder. This function enables you, for example, to check that the business partners in a target group are those that you intended to include in the group, and to add or remove business partners from the list as necessary.

Prerequisites

You have created a target group containing business partners.

       1.      In the Segment Builder, click with the right-hand mouse button on a target group, and choose Open Target Group.
The system displays the business partners in the target group, according to the number defined under Extras ® Personal Settings. For more information, see User Settings in the Segment Builder.

       2.      You can now have a variety of options including searching for individual business partners, exporting the list to a spreadsheet, adding or removing business partners as appropriate.

       3.      To view more business partners, choose Number and enter the relevant figure in the field as appropriate.
