You use this function to change data simultaneously for a selected quantity of order items.
After a mass change has been carried out, the system creates a log about the changes made and, if necessary, errors that occurred. You can display and delete mass change logs at any time. The system also creates a log during a test run of mass changes.
● Displaying Logs
You can display and carry out precise analysis of logs and messages relating to mass changes that have been executed. You also receive more information on the messages. The system creates a log about executed changes and, if necessary, errors that occurred when executing mass changes to sales transactions. To do this, in the SAP CRM SAP Menu, choose Sales ® Mass Changes for Sales Transactions ® Display Protocols of Mass Changes.
● Deleting Logs
You can delete several logs at the same time. You can also execute this deletion process in the background. The system produces a list with the deleted logs that you can save and print. To do this, in the SAP CRM SAP Menu, choose Sales ® Mass Changes for Sales Transactions ® Delete Protocols of Mass Changes.
