Graphics in Mail Forms
You use this function to import, administer, and transport graphics. You also use it to display them (for example, company logos or material images) in a print preview. Graphics (a company logo for example) are incorporated into a form as static objects.

Printing graphics restricts printer performance, since it requires large
amounts of data to be sent over the network. For this reason, make sure that
the graphics you are using are really necessary since they do greatly increase
printing time (see also Importing Graphics).
This function allows you to:
· Access imported graphics from the navigation tree
· Store graphics on a document server
· Import and use both *.TIF graphics and *.BMP files
· Display graphics in their original size using the preview function
· Transport graphics to other systems directly from graphic administration
To start graphic administration, execute transaction SE78.
Before you can start to execute any functions, select the desired node in the navigation tree (for example: Stored on document server, Graphics, BMAP grid screen) and specify the name and the attributes of the corresponding graphic. To search for graphics, use F4 help on the Name field.
