Outlook Integration 
Use
This function enables you to synchronize activities such as business activities or tasks, which you maintain in the Microsoft Outlook calendar, with the mobile client calendar or vice versa. You can use Microsoft Outlook to plan your activities and edit the calendar offline. Using this function, you can display or change activities created in either of these calendars in the other calendar.
A business activity in the Mobile Sales calendar is equivalent to an appointment in the Microsoft Outlook calendar.
Integration
● Microsoft Outlook is integrated with the Activities, Employees, and Sales Transactions components of Mobile Sales. You can view your calendar from any of these components. This allows you to maintain each kind of contact you have with a business partner, such as making a sales call, a telephone call, or sending a sales letter as an activity.
The activities created while processing sales transactions are also displayed in your calendar.
● Microsoft Outlook is integrated with the Calendar and Employees components of Mobile Service.
Prerequisites
You have configured the synchronization process.

● Resolve conflicts arising during the synchronization process based on your settings.
● Store synchronization errors in a file. The file describes the cause for the failure of the synchronization process.
