Function documentation Assigning Documents

Use

You can assign documents to marketing projects in the Marketing Planner. These can be Word texts, PowerPoint presentations, Excel sheets and so on. The documents are assigned on the Attachments tab page using CRM Content Management.

Content Management allows you to preview and edit the documents within the Marketing Planner. The folder structures are integrated into the structure tree to enable improved document management within the Marketing application.

It also supports WebDAV (Distributed Authoring and Versioning) which allowed Web-based editing and versioning of documents stored locally.

Marketing Planning also allows documents to be exchanged with the Mobile Client. For more information, see Structure linkExchanging Documents with the Mobile Client.
