Use

This function enables you to change how information is displayed in the search result to suit your personal needs. Here you can change the order of the columns in the list, and determine which columns you want to see or which you want to hide.

Prerequisites

You have performed a search or an advanced search and have obtained a list of results that is now displayed in the search result.

Procedure

·        Click the Personalize link in the search result toolbar.

The column layout of the search result list is displayed and you can use the functions described in the table below to personalize it.

The column layout contains the following columns:

Item – a numbered list of all the items available

Text – the name of the item (which corresponds to the column headers in the list)

Visible – checkboxes that indicate whether or not that item is presently visible in the list

Changing the order in which the columns of the result list are displayed.

Under Item, click the arrow to the right-hand side of the columns you want to change and select the number of the new position.

The system automatically rearranges the order of the columns.

Changing whether a column is visible or not.

Under Visible, select or deselect the relevant checkbox.

The selected columns appear in the result list.

Saving your personalized column layout.

Click the Copy  pushbutton.

 

Canceling the personalized column layout.

Click the Cancel  pushbutton.

 

Reverting to the default settings.

Click the Standard Values  pushbutton.

 

 

Result

The columns displayed in the search result list are now displayed to suit your personal viewing needs.
