User Account Management in
E-Service 
User Account Management enables Web users to create and maintain their accounts. B2C users must register an account to log in and access all available functions in ICSS. There are two account types, each corresponding to a specific situation.

Register a Consumer with an Existing Account |
When a user already has an account in the CRM system but requires an Internet account |
Register a Private Consumer |
When a user wants to register and does not exist in the system, and requires both a Business Partner and an Internet account |
Users are required to have registered an account. and to be logged in to create and maintain service requests, complaints, installed bases, to display service contracts, and to register products.
· There is no prerequisite for registration. Customers can self-register to create a User ID and password. This will create a new business partner record in CRM. In the B2C scenario, a customer can register as a private consumer or as a consumer with an existing business partner account.
· To maintain their personal data, registered B2C users must log in.

1. Web user chooses the User Registration function.
2. System displays the registration page
3. Web user chooses the appropriate registration type.
4. System displays a registration form.
5. Web user enters registration information and submit the form.
6. System creates account and displays confirmation.
1. Web user logs in and chooses Maintain Personal Data function.
2. System displays personal data.
3. Web user changes personal data.
4. System updates personal data and displays confirmation.
