Entering Additional Addresses Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Procedure

  1. Select the business partner for whom you want to enter additional addresses, using Business Partners ® Search.
    1. On the Business Partner Search tile, enter the search criteria, and choose Search. The business partner record appears on the Business Partners tile.
    2. On the Business Partners tile, mark the desired business partner in the column at the far left.
  1. Access the Address Details tile by choosing:

The standard address you have entered on the Business Partner Details tile appears as Main.

  1. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  1. Enter the required data for the additional address.

Default entry: your (that is, the user's) country (if this information has been entered in the employee details. For more information, see Maintaining Employee Details.)

 

To change the country, make a selection from the dropdown list.

 

Note

A business partner can have an unlimited number of addresses, but only one standard address.

You cannot change an additional address into the standard address. To change the standard address, choose Business Partners ® Details.

  1. Save the address.
  2. To enter further addresses, repeat steps 1 to 5 for each address.

Result

On the Addresses tile, the addresses you have entered appear.
