Transferring the Org. Model from CRM Enterprise to CRM Mobile 

Purpose

You can transfer the organizational model from CRM Enterprise for Sales Service via Middleware to mobile applications.

Process Flow

You start the transfer in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management under Master Data ® Organizational Management ® Data Transfer ® Copy Organizational Structure to CRM Mobile.

Result

·        Sales areas from CRM Enterprise are available on your laptops.

·        The organizational model as an employee hierarchy also becomes available on the laptop.

If you use the enhanced backend integration version of the CRM organizational model in CRM Enterprise, it will also be installed in CRM Mobile.
