I want to integrate a BSP or a BSP application in the SAP Enterprise Portal and also launch it there. I should also consider things other than in the case of a BSP or BSP application in the SAP Web AS. So what should I watch out for in a portal environment?

To launch a BSP or a BSP application in a portal, from SAP Enterprise Portal 5.0 Service Pack 2 (5.02.0), there is a special iView called SAPApplication.BSP.

In the role editor you can create an external service using a wizard that provides a number of SAP application types. The entry is called BSP. The wizard guides you through defining your BSP application. You enter the customer namespace, the application namespace, the application ID and the page.
