The following tables explain the Info options that you need to select, to view information about the environment of the mobile client:

Conntrans Settings Info

Conntrans Autosync on/off

The status of the Auto-Synchronize option in ConnTrans.

Conntrans startup file Info

The ConnTrans_Startup.xml file. This file provides information about the logging options specified in the mobile client to log the runtime information associated with the execution of ConnTrans. If the file does not exist, the following message is displayed File not available. Default options will be used.

Connection group type Info

The type of connection group assigned to the site. For more information, see ConnTrans.

General Settings Info

ODBC Version

The version of the ODBC driver installed on the mobile client.

CRM Version

The version of mySAP CRM.

DLL Versions

The major and minor versions of the CRM Middleware related DLLs.

QMT DLL Version

The version of the QMTCLIENT.DLL.

IDES Properties Info

Property

Displays

DB Name

The name of the database.

DB Size

The size of the database.

File Type

The type of the database file. The two types are, data and log.

File Location

The location of the data and log files.

File Size

The size of the data and log files.

File Growth

The file growth properties for the data and log files.

DB Options

The database settings for the data and log files.

Database Logins Info

Login Name

The name of the login.

Default DB

The default database for a login.

Default Language

The default language for the login.

Server Role

The server roles associated with the login.

System Settings Info

Parameter

Displays

OS Information

The name and version of the operating system.

Processor Information

The type and speed of the processor.

Language Settings

The language of the system and user.

Number Format

The number format of the system.

Currency Format

The currency format of the system.

Date/Time Format

The date and time format of the system.

Modem Settings

The name of the modem and type of dial-up server.

Windows Temp Folder Name

The path of the windows temporary folder.

Environment Variables

The name, value, and type of the environment variables.

Database Users Info

Parameter

User Name

The name of the database user.

Associated Login Name

The login(s) associated with the user.

DB Role

The database roles associated with the user.

Other Info Options

The name and destination of the Communication Station.

SQL Server Properties Info

Information about the following Microsoft SQL Server properties:

·        Product Name

·        Version

·        Language

·        Root Directory

·        Code Page

·        Memory Configuration

·        Connection Options

·        Server Behavior

·        Y2K Support

When you select an Info option, all the options under that Info option are selected by default. However, it is not mandatory to select all the options under an Info option. To view information about a particular option, you can individually select that option. For example, if you select the Database Users Info option, all the options (User Name, Associated Login Name, and DB Role) under the Database Users Info option are selected by default. However, to display logins associated with the user, you can individually select the Associated Login Name option.
