Procedure documentation Creating a Hyperlink Target Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You use this procedure to create a hyperlink target for an internal hyperlink (hyperlink source) created in a tile. Each hyperlink target corresponds to a tile set, which is part of the business component used in the application.

Prerequisites

You have:

·        Opened the required application in the application design area

·        Identified the:

¡        Internal hyperlinks in the tile(s), which are used in the application

¡        Tile sets that have to be displayed for the internal hyperlinks created in the tiles

¡        Business components in which these tile sets are included

·        Switched to the required change list

Procedure

...

       1.      In the Solution Explorer, locate the application containing the tile set to be used as the hyperlink target, click the application with the secondary mouse button, and choose View Hyperlinks.

The Hyperlink Designer window appears displaying lists of hyperlink sources associated with a control in the application’s tiles and hyperlink targets associated with the applications tile sets.

       2.      In the Source Name and Tile columns, locate hyperlink source for which you want to assign a hyperlink target.

       3.      Select the appropriate Business Component, Tile Set Container, and Target Anchor for the hyperlink target.

Note

The Tile Set Container name uniquely identifies the instance of the tile set that you want to use. This is required because the tile set can be included in the same business component more than once.

       4.      Close the Hyperlink Designer.

Result

You have created a hyperlink target. You can continue with linking a hyperlink source and a hyperlink target.
