Tile Set
A tile set groups tiles to build a rich context of information to help the user perform the business task the tile set was designed to support. Tile sets are modeled with the Tile Set Designer and can be one of three types. You must design the tiles and associate them with the appropriate data sources before you incorporate them into a tile set.

A tile set contains tiles that display:
· Details of a customer
· Contact persons related to the selected customer
· Orders created for the selected customer

Description |
Standard |
You can add up to six tiles of any type in a tile set. The tile set format allows a maximum of two columns and three rows of tiles. · A List/Detail tile combination created standard tile sets that contain a list tile, which displays a collection of records, and a detail tile, that displays the details of the selected record from the list. · A Detail/List tile combination creates standard tile sets that contain a detail tile, which displays a record, and a list tile that displays a list of records, which are dependent on the current detail record. · A Parent-Child tile combination creates standard tile sets that contain any type of tile containing a parent record, and any type of tiles containing the child records of that parent tile. In the runtime application, a Standard tile set appears in the application screen. |
Find/Choice |
You can add two tiles, a Search tile and a List tile, in a one-column, two-row format. One or more search terms are entered in the search tile. When the user carries out a search, he views the results in the list tile. In the runtime application, a Find/Choice tile set appears in the application screen. |
Custom Popup |
You can create a popup window to provide a context of information. When the user makes a selection, the dialog box closes and returns the user to the application screen where the selection is inserted. |
