Survey Testing 

Purpose

You can test a survey by filling it out in the test mode. This is important if you want to test the result evaluation function.

Prerequisites

You must be in the Survey Suite.

You can only test a survey created in the same language as the logon language. For example, if you have created a survey in English, you must log on in English to test it.

 

Process Flow

To test a survey, proceed as follows:

...

       1.      Select the required survey.

       2.      Choose Test.

The screen Test Survey: (name of survey) appears.

3.       To view the survey in HTML format, choose HTML Survey.

4.       Answer the questions in the survey.

5.       Save the survey by choosing the Submit pushbutton (it may have another name, depending on what it was called at the time of creation).

 

Result

Once you have answered and submitted the questions in the survey, you can evaluate the results. You have two options for this:

·        Result evaluation without Business Information Warehouse

·        Result evaluation using Business Information Warehouse

You need to flag which of these options you wish to use under Maintain Survey Settings, or alternatively in the menu under Extras -> Settings.
