Use

With Result Evaluation, you can analyze and illustrate survey results. For example, the results can be based on information gathered from a marketing campaign to test the market before launching a new product, or as part of a customer satisfaction survey to gather feedback on a product previously purchased. The results collected from surveys play an important role in making strategic decisions, for example when deciding on a new product launch or when making improvements for future products or services.

The following options are available for result evaluation:

·        Evaluation without SAP Business Information Warehouse

This is integrated into the Survey Tool, and provides a simple evaluation and display of the survey results. If you want to evaluate the results with the tool integrated into the Survey Tool, check the Evaluation Without Business Information Warehouse flag by choosing Maintain Survey Attributes or Extras Settings via the menu.

·        Evaluation using SAP Business Information Warehouse

You can use SAP Business Information Warehouse to evaluate and display survey results, or you can use an alternative data warehousing tool.

 

You can transfer the results into the delivered Business Content of the SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW) and evaluate them with the methods of BW.

The evaluation of the surveys in the CRM Survey Tool is similar to the evaluation of the surveys for the Web Survey (link). For example, the following are used for both the survey results from the CRM Survey Tool and the Web Survey:

 

·   ODS Object OWS_O01

·   InfoCube OWS_CO1

·   Info Objects OWS_*

 

Note the following for result evaluation based on the CRM Survey Tool:

· All the data (contained in the ODS objects, InfoCubes and Info Objects) beginning with CRM* in the Application attribute is derived from the CRM Survey Tool.

· You need to extract the master data , that is, the questions and answers in order to evaluate the survey results

· The values, that is, the selected answer options, are sent to BW via the delta queue
