Procedure documentation Display Workload Statistics Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You can display workload statistics on BDoc types and CRM Middleware services for different time periods.

The statistics cover the entire resource use of the Flow. BDoc types started synchronously are not specially listed as their values are already contained in the values of the BDoc types with which the flow is started.

Prerequisites

You must have chosen the function Workload from databank from the initial screen of transaction Display news flow statistics.

Procedure

Proceed as follows:

  1. In the dialog box select an R/3 instance for which you want to display the workload statistics. The data and time when statistics were last generated for the respective instance are displayed alongside each instance.
  2. If you choose Total, you can create the total workload statistics across all the available instances.

  3. Choose Continue. A window appears in which you can select the time period for the statistics.
  4. Choose Continue. Depending on your previous selection:

Choose Continue again to display the BDoc Type Workload Statistics for the required time period.

  1. Choose Goto ® Service statistics, if you want to display statistics for the respective CRM Middleware services.
  2. Note

As the statistics on the services contain redundant values, the values in the Total line could be greater than the actual total usage of the service.

  3. Choose Go to ® Bdoc type hierarchy, if you want to view a hierarchical representation of the BDoc-statistics.

Result

Workload statistics for BDoc types or for services are displayed.

In the statistics for BDoc types you can display, via the Detail button (or by double-clicking), detailed statistics for individual BDoc types, as well as the workload for individual BDoc types for specific services (Per service button). Here you can still display the workload per service (via the Detail button or by double-clicking).

In the statistics for services you can display, via the Detail button (or by double-clicking), detailed statistics for individual services, as well as the workload for individual services for specific BDoc types (Per BDoc type button). Here you can still display the workload per BDoc type (via the Detail button or by double-clicking).

All display variants provide a sort function with which you can sort a column you have selected with the mouse.

Note

Seemingly incorrect values in the Total columns are due to rounding effects, since the values are made available in milliseconds for internal calculation, but are displayed in seconds in the totals columns. This rounding effect occurs particularly where there are relatively small values or very few statistic records. In such cases, the original values in milliseconds can also be taken from the individual records.
