Middleware (CRM-MW)

Replicates, synchronizes and distributes data between different components of a mySAP CRM solution.

It links together the various types of data producers (such as mobile clients, R/3 back-end, Business Information Warehouse, APO, and the CRM Server applications) to provide all participants with the information they require.

Its main part is provided by the CRM Server. In a mobile scenario, additional middleware components are required: the Communication Station, and the connection handler on mobile clients.
