Conditions 

Definition

Set type for maintaining condition records for an individual object.

Use

Conditions are used for pricing in a business transaction (sales order, purchase contract). For more information, see Pricing.

Conditions can be maintained for individual objects in object maintenance. A dropdown list box allows you to switch between the following options:

●     Pricing Conditions

●     Free Goods

For more information, see Free Goods.

●     Product Determination

Condition records for product determination cannot be maintained in the CRM Server. This can only be done in the ERP system. For more information, see in the Implementation Guide (IMG) Customer Relationship Management ® Basic Functions ® Product Substitution ®Product Substitution in the CRM System.

To use the condition maintenance functionality, you need to perform the following Customizing steps:

●     Assign the product-specific condition tables and types to the appropriate condition group under Customer Relationship Management ® Master Data ® Conditions and Condition Technique ® Condition Technique: Basics ® Create Maintenance Group.

●     Assign the condition group to the application CRM under Customer Relationship Management ® Master Data  ® Products ® Special Settings for Sales Operations ®  Assign Condition Group to Application CRM.
