Function documentation Integrated Condition Maintenance

Use

A pricing condition is an agreement on prices, discounts, and surcharges and so on, that depends on selected influencing factors (for example, customer, customer group, product), and that is valid within a specific time period.

Maintenance of individual pricing conditions is also integrated in the maintenance of specific master data. Condition maintenance can be called up from the following objects:

·         Product master

·         Business partner

·         Business partner hierarchy

·         Purchasing and sales contract

·         Marketing planner

·         Transaction Tax Engine

·         Key Account Management

·         CRM Service

·         XIF Interface

The condition maintenance group in Customizing controls the condition types/ tables that may be used in which master data.

NoteYou can also copy pricing conditions from the R/3 OLTP System. This is described in the chapter Data Exchange for Conditions.
