Pending Confirmations
This function enables you to view and track the pending confirmations from CRM Enterprise after the synchronization process. It tracks the transfer of new and modified data that you create on the mobile client and confirms the receipt of this data in CRM Enterprise. Every time you create a new transaction, such as an activity or sales transaction on the mobile client, the application creates a pending confirmation record in the Inbox component.
· Hierarchical Grouping
Groups the pending confirmation records according the business components of a mobile client application. This allows you to view and track the number of pending confirmations for each business component.
· Tracking Counters
¡ Pending Confirmation Counter
This counter represents the number of pending confirmations. When a transaction, such as an activity or a sales transaction is created on the mobile client, this counter assumes the value one. It is incremented accordingly each time the transaction is modified.

You create a sales transaction and save the details. A pending confirmation record is created and the counter is set to “1“. You then modify the same sales transaction and save your changes. The counter is then incremented to “2“.
¡ Upload Message Counter
This counter represents the count of transactions that are uploaded to the server and not yet confirmed. When the confirmations or rejections are received from CRM Enterprise, this counter is decremented.
In addition to this counter, an indicator called Upload to Server Counter also indicates that a transaction record is not yet uploaded to CRM Enterprise. This means that you have not yet triggered the synchronization process and the data is still on the mobile client. When ConnTrans is run, this indicator is set ‘X’ which means that the transaction is uploaded to CRM Enterprise.

· On receiving a confirmation message, both the counters are decremented by one.
· When both the counters reach zero, indicating that no more confirmations are pending from CRM Enterprise, the pending confirmation record is automatically deleted.
· Date and Time Monitors
Tracks the last modified date and time of a transaction. In addition, it also provides the date and time of the most recent upload of data to CRM Enterprise, for each transaction. All the transactions that are uploaded together will share the same date and time of upload.
· Pending Confirmation Chart
