Changing Data 
You can change and update data stored in the mobile client application by entering new data directly into the relevant field. You can change data for all fields that have a white background.
You can also create a new business object to maintain the information. For more information about creating new business objects, see Creating Business Objects. For information about creating or maintaining specific business objects, see the user documentation in the SAP Help Portal at http://help.sap.com.
Some fields display information only. You cannot change these fields in the mobile client application, however, you may be able to make changes to certain fields in CRM Enterprise. For more information, see the user documentation in the SAP Help Portal at http://help.sap.com.
Your customer appointment has been rescheduled for another day. To update the appointment date, select Activities ®Calendar from the navigation bar. On the Calendar tile select the appointment and, using drag and drop, move the appointment to the new date. Save your entries.
